• It is a low-resolution copy of an album cover
• It does not limit the copyright holder's ability to sell the album in any way
• There is no free alternative to replace the use of this image
  • On America (album), there is no substitute for the cover image
  • On A Horse with No Name, there was no separate cover art for the single, so the album from which the single came from is the only choice
  • On America (band), it is the only way to depict the band's lone #1 album.
