ALA Best Fiction for Young Adults → Best Fiction for Young Adults – As far as I know, the title of a published work is ordinarily used directly as the title of a Wikipedia article about the published work, without prefixing it with the name of the author or publisher. The suggested target title already redirects here (and always has since the day the article was created more than a decade ago), so adding "ALA" does not seem necessary for disambiguation purposes. — BarrelProof (talk) 17:32, 29 November 2023 (UTC) — Relisting.Kiwiz1338 (talk) 18:05, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose, I think this might add more confusion to make it seem like a list curated by Wikipedia editors rather than a list curated by the American Library Association. I see your point, and I could be swayed, but I think the potential confusion for reader is stronger than any benefit which may be provided by removing the disambiguation. aaronneallucas (talk) 20:37, 30 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Support. My initial gut reaction was to share aaronneallucas' concerns, but BarrelProof's rebuttal was sufficient to assuage those concerns for me. As a result, I feel like it's sensible to omit the publisher's name and stick with the actual title of the list. ModernDayTrilobite (talk • contribs) 15:43, 15 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
