Past tense

Should this be referred to strictly in the past tense as a historical relic? It might be antiquated, but its usage in Vietnam demonstrates it still can see modern use, particularly in irregular warfare. 108.34.203.123 (talk) 00:29, 30 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
