Human rights versus rights

I can’t help thinking there should be some reference within this page to human rights, which has its own page.

At the moment the two pages are entirely disconnected.

Reads in parts like personal essay

Wanted to note/explain templates that parts of this thinly-sourced article aren't very encyclopedic in their prose or examples.
