Nigri

Are you sure of "Nigri"? The genitive is often use in full titles of old works, but that doesn't mean it's the real name of the person. I only see Niger and Nigrus, which are both valid nominative.[1] [2] --Federico Leva (BEIC) (talk) 13:24, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

"Nigri" goes back to the Catholic Encyclopedia source (see [3] for a scan), as reproduced on Wikisource (s:Catholic Encyclopedia (1913)/Peter George Niger). If Peter Niger is better, however, the article can be moved: I have no problem with that. Charles Matthews (talk) 05:26, 21 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
