Surrey 5 was a level 12 English Rugby Union League. It was made up of teams predominantly from Surrey and south-west London. Promoted teams moved up to Surrey 4 and as this was the lowest level controlled by the RFU, there was no relegation. At the end of the 1991-1992 season, Surrey 5 was cancelled after just three seasons, with all teams automatically going up to Surrey 4 or dropping out of the league.

Notes

  1. ^ Despite winning the title, champions Kew Occasionals would drop out of the Surrey leagues at the end of the season.
  2. ^ Restructuring of the Surrey leagues due to the cancellation of Surrey 5, meant that nine clubs would be promoted to Surrey 4 at the end of the season, including University of Surrey, Haslemere, Lightwater, Oxted, Old Epsomians, Egham, Racal-Decca and Economicals. Champions Kew Occasionals would drop out of the Surrey leagues.
