Kangto (also known as Kanggardo Rize) at 7,060 metres (23,163 ft) is a mountain of the Eastern Himalayas located in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradeshand it shares its border with the Tibet Autonomous Region of China.[2] It is the highest point in Arunachal Pradesh and the third highest point in India. The place gives a magical feel to the expeditioners.[3] The area in which Kangto is located lies in the West Kameng district of the state.
