Crash Test Girl: Life's a Science Experiment. Crash Your Way Through It. is the memoir of former MythBusters host Kari Byron.[1] The book talks about how Byron went from an unemployed artist to a star on the hit Discovery Channel series MythBusters. In the book Byron applies her "crash testing" approach to life in chapters covering her career, love, creativity, setbacks, money, sexuality, depression and bravery.

'Crash Test Girl' was published in hardcover on May 8, 2018 and in paperback on August 16, 2019 by HarperCollins. HarperAudio published an audiobook version read by the author.[2]
