It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. AfC notification: Draft:Gunslugs has a new comment
Hi. Thankyou for your participation in the challenge series or/and contests. In November The Women in Red World Contest is being held to try to produce new articles for as many countries worldwide and occupations as possible. There will be over $4000 in prizes to win, including Amazon vouchers and paid subscriptions. If this would appeal to you and you think you'd be interested in contributing new articles on women during this month for your region or wherever please sign up in the participants section. If you're not interested in prize money yourself but are willing to participate and raise money to buy books about women for others to use, this is also fine. Thankyou, and if taking part, good luck!♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:35, 27 September 2017 (UTC)
Counter-Vandalism Unit (CVU) academy - application for training :)
Hi, I can't guarantee to put in any given number of hours or meet deadlines as I edit Wikipedia solely around other commitments. If, with that caveat, you would be willing to mentor me through Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism_Unit/Academy, I would be grateful.
I spend a fair bit of my editing time removing unconstructive edits and warning users. I feel that I could probably do a better job of this, though, mainly in terms of learning the policies and guidelines better and knowing which to invoke and when. This would help me better convince unconstructive editors to improve their behaviour. It would also help me to know when to leave well enough alone.
I edit manually, usually with JavaScript disabled. I'd be glad to learn about anti-vandalism tools that don't require Windows or Javascript (e.g. I learned today about Wikipedia:WikiProject_Spam/LinkReports).
Please WP:PING me if you reply. Thanks! zazpot (talk) 02:20, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
ASSOL listed at Redirects for discussion
An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect ASSOL. Since you had some involvement with the ASSOL redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Ten Pound Hammer • (What did I screw up now?) 22:55, 25 November 2017 (UTC)
