Bruce Kelly was a landscape architect based in New York City.

Career

Bruce Kelly was born at Wrens, Georgia, and received a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia in 1971, and a master's degree in historic preservation from Columbia University in 1973.[1]
