The Mohr Siebeck Verlag is an academic book and journal publisher based in Tübingen, Germany.

It was founded in 1801 in Frankfurt am Main as the Hermann'sche Buchhandlung, [1] based from 1805 in Heidelberg as a university bookshop. It now specialises in theology and law but has published works on Judaic studies, religious studies, philosophy, sociology, history and economics.

The company's archives were given in 2010 to the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin. .
