Dmitri Dmitriyevich Naumkin (Russian: Дмитрий Дмитриевич Наумкин;[1] born 6 July 1976)[2] is a Russian former competitive ice dancer. He skated with Olga Sharutenko for 15 years.[3] After becoming the 1995 World Junior champions,[4] the duo turned senior and won the Nebelhorn Trophy in 1995 and 1997, the Karl Schäfer Memorial in 1996, and the Winter Universiade in 1997 and 1999. They were coached by Alexei Gorshkov.[2]

Naumkin coaches skating in Yekaterinburg.[1] In December 2013, he was named the president of the Figure Skating Federation of Sverdlovsk Oblast for the next four years.[5]
