Romaniv (Template:Lang-uk; formerly Dzerzhynsk, Template:Lang-uk, translit. Dzerzhyns’k) is an urban-type settlement in Romaniv Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine. It is the administrative center of Romaniv Raion. Population: 7,691 (2013 est.)[1]

History

In 1800-s Romaniv was part of a Novohrad-Volynsk Povit.
