Horní Lukavice is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.3 square kilometres (2.8 sq mi), and has a population of 360 (as at 3 July 2006).
Horní Lukavice lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south of Plzeň and 95 km (59 mi) south-west of Prague.
