The 2012 CERS Cup Final Four was the final four round of the 32nd edition of the CERS Cup, the annual European roller hockey club competition organized by CERH, the European Rink Hockey Committee, since 1980. It is the second most important club competition and it features teams who could not enter the European League.

It was held in May 2012 at the PalaBassano, in Bassano del Grappa, Italy. The clubs that qualified for this final four were the hosts Bassano Hockey 54 (Italy), CP Vilanova (Spain), HC Braga (Portugal), and Enrile-PAS-Alcoy (France). The host team overcame the CP Vilanova to reach the final match, where they defeated HC Braga to win their first CERS Cup title.
