The Roman Catholic Diocese of Mogadiscio (Latin: Mogadiscen(sis)) is a diocese of the Catholic Church located in the city of Mogadishu in Somalia. The area of the diocese coincides with that of the country.
History
- 1924: Established as Apostolic Prefecture of Benadir from the Apostolic Vicariate of Zanzibar in Kenya
- 1927: Promoted as Apostolic Vicariate of Mogadiscio
- 1975: Promoted as Diocese of Mogadiscio
