English Rugby Union Midland DivisionMidlands 3 West (South) is a level 8 English Rugby Union League.

Midlands 3 West (South) is made up of teams from around the West Midlands of England who play home and away matches throughout a winter season. The league structure was re-worked for the beginning of the 2009 season therefore this league used to be called Midlands 4 West (South).

Promoted teams move up to Midlands 2 West (South).
