The Maruti XA Alpha is a recently unveilled vehicle produced by Maruti in India. It was unveilled on the 28th May, 2012

It is expected to be released by sometime in 2013

Specifications

The XA Alpha is to cost under 10 lakh Rupees,[5] or 100 thousand ruppees. The XA Alpha is to seat around 5 people[6]

The petrol version shall utillise the Suzuki K-series petrol engine expected to fit upto 1.4 litres,[7] whereas the diesel version shall use an engine supplied by Fiat.[8]
