Paul Steele (born December 5, 1957 in New Westminster, British Columbia) is a Canadian rower, who was a member of the Canadian men's eights team that won the gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. Also was a member of the Canadian men's four rowing team for the 1988 Olympics in Seoul. They placed 6th in the finals.
Paul also played basketball at the high school level in BC for North Delta Secondary School. His team won the provincials as both juniors and as seniors.
