The Tour of the Bahamas is a road cycling race held in Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas. The race is a competition over three stages within two days. On the first day there is a time trial, a race against the clock, along with a circuit race, where one lap is more than a mile, is held in the afternoon. Then the next day is the road race, held on some of the same roads as the circuit. In every race you are timed and that is what determines you over-all place.
