Mos Def and Bruce Willis on the set of 16 Blocks in Chinatown (New York City, New York, USA).

16 Blocks is a 2006 film directed by Richard Donner and based on the story of an aging, bitter NYPD police officer (Bruce Willis) who is asked to escort a happy-go-lucky criminal witness (Mos Def) through sixteen blocks of Lower Manhattan from the police station to a courthouse. No one seems to want the pair to reach their destination, and they are faced with difficult situations at every turn as they make their way through the Big Apple. The film is currently in production and much of the movie is being filmed on location in New York City (though in some scenes Toronto fills in for the city due to tax advantages and budget constraints).
