Patrick "Pat" MacDonald (born February 20, 1982 in Toronto, Ontario) is an American football long snapper for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. He was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2007 and was drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in the third round of the 2007 CFL Draft. He played college football at Alberta.

MacDonald has also been a member of the Carolina Panthers and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
