Polytechnic Of Sultan Azlan Shah or PSAS was formerly known as Polytechnic of Tanjong Malim ( PTM ) started its operation on 1st March 2002 as the 15th polytechnic established by the Ministry of Education.

History

PTM was envisioned to fulfill the government’s effort in producing graduates with high quality for the needs of public and private sectors.Beginning of 10th April 2003, PTM shifted to its own campus which was fully equipped with facilities and latest infrastructures that offered a conducive and attractive learning environment.PTM was inaugurated on 7th May 2005 by HRH Paduka Seri Sultan of Perak and was given a new name as Polytechnic of Sultan Azlan Shah.
