Malenice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.85 square kilometres (3.80 sq mi), and has a population of 651 (as at 3 July 2006).

Malenice lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south of Strakonice, 47 km (29 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 114 km (71 mi) south of Prague.
