Fernando Damián Tissone (born July 24 1986 in Quilmes, Buenos Aires Province[1]), is an Argentine footballer who plays as a midfielder for Serie A club U.C. Sampdoria in Serie A.
Career
Tissone started his football career in the youth system of Independiente before moving across Buenos Aires to join Lanús. After making only one appearance for Lanús, Tissone was scouted by Italian side Udinese Calcio[2]. He joined Udinese in 2004 and made 30 appearances for the club, mainly as a substitute[3]. In 2006 he was loaned by fellow Italian team Atalanta and on 22 July 2009 U.C. Sampdoria officialized the arrival of the midfielder, the young Argentinian player arrrives in ownership from Udinese Calcio[4].

Tissone also holds an Italian passport.
