Şugag Dam is a large hydroelectric dam on the Sebeş River situated in Romania.

The project was started and finished in the 1980s and it was made up by the construction of a double arched concrete dam 78 metres (256 ft) high which was equipped with two vertical turbines, the Şugag Hydro Power Plant having an installed capacity of 150 MW.

The dam generates 260 GWh of electricity per year.
