Wyre is one of the Orkney Islands in Scotland, lying south east of Rousay.

The island is known for Cubbie Roo's Castle, built in about 1150, for the twelfth century St Mary's Chapel, for its grey and common seals, and for the poet Edwin Muir, born on Wyre.

Ferries sail from the island to Tingwall on the Orkney Mainland, Wyre and Rousay.
