List of Rijksmuseums
Rijksmuseum (English: State Museum) is the general name for a national museum in the Dutch language.
When only "Rijksmuseum" is used, it usually refers to Rijksmuseum Amsterdam.
As of 31st of May 2008, Taco Dibbits has become the new director of collections of the Rijksmuseum as he succeeds from Peter Sigmond (60), whom took early retirement. Dibbits has worked at the museum since 2002. Presently he is head of the department of fine arts.
