Centre of Manchester's Northern quarter, it is home to several of Manchester's alternative bars and shops, such as Vinyl Exchange, the city's largest second hand record store, Affleck's palace, Picadilly records, and several of Manchester's best small venues, such as Dry Bar and the Night and Day
