Pont-rhyd-y-groes (Welsh, also Pontrhydygroes) is a village in Ceredigion, Wales located near Cwm Ystwyth and Pont ar Fynach. The village takes its name from the bridge (Welsh) pont over the River Ystwyth.

The remnants of Fron Goch Lead & Zinc Mine are situated about 2 miles from Pont-rhyd-y-groes. [1]
