The SKY Perfect JSAT Group is a holding company established in Japan in April 2007 as SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. The group claims to be, "Asia’s largest satellite communication and multi-channel pay TV company."[1]

Holdings

The group holds 100% of the shares of JSAT Corporation, 100% of the shares of SKY Perfect Communications and 97% of the sharees of Space Communications Corporation.

Space Communications Corporation

Space Communications Corporation operates the "Superbird" fleet of communications satellites.[2]
