The Right Honourable Richard Grosvenor, 1st Earl Grosvenor (June 18 1731–August 5 1802) was the son of Sir Robert Grosvenor, 6th Baronet.

He married Henrietta Vernon, granddaughter of Thomas Wentworth, 1st Earl of Strafford, on 19 July 1764. They had one son:
