Hi, this is Artisol2345. Welcome to my talk page!

Junctions

The hard and fast rule is 5-8 junctions but no more than 10. This is per WP:IH. --Rschen7754 (T C) 03:27, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I can't actually find that rule in WP:IH, and besides, those probably are your rules. Why should there be no more than 10 in an infobox if some freeways have more than 10 junctions? Explain.
00:08, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
Actually, never mind. I searched other articles like Interstate 95. I believe the "major junctions" for the really long Interstates are junctions only with other "long Interstaes".

Usually we leave out everything but 0/5 interstates. —Scott5114 03:52, 2 October 2007 (UTC) (Rschen is out sick)[reply]

But that only applies to major Interstates like I-10, I-95, I-35, and all that other stuff. I-94 on the other hand, I'm not sure if it's considered to be a major interstate. Sure, it's long, it has many junctions, but it does not have a number that ends with a "0" or "5". I'm confused. :P

Exits 192A and 192B?

Have these exit numbers been posted on I-96? --NE2 02:48, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I guessed. Sorry. But what is that 47B doing there?
Please don't guess. 47B is signed, and matches the exit number on I-75. --NE2 03:00, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I know to not guess next time; I was aware of it since you posted your first message. Anyways, why do you put an exit number that matches with I-75 when this is an article about I-96?
03:11, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
Because that exit number is signed on I-96... --NE2 03:35, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hi, I'm sorry. That edit made by that user was not me. The reason why the account was used under my IP Address was that my neighbor came into my house, came into another computer from this IP Address, and used my sister's account (it was not logged out at the time) and apparently discovered the "Move" feature. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I will ensure that the accounts will be logged out in the future to avoid further confusions. If you do not believe me, my contributions are mainly on U.S. highways. My official account is User:Artisol2345. I make most of my edits there, but sometimes I forget to log in (or log out). Hope this will clear things up. Thanks for your understanding!

Decline reason:

If this really happened, you can make the same request by logging into that account and making the request from User talk:Artisol2345. Alternatively, you may email me to keep your IP off your user talk page and preserve some of your privacy. I can't even clear the autoblock given the information you've given me so far. Please be sure to follow these instructions.— chaser - t 03:16, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You need to provide the name of the account that was blocked and triggered the autoblock (your sister's account). It should be available in the message you see when you try to edit. Mr.Z-man 03:39, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:MVHS Title.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Mission Viejo High School Title.jpg. The copy called Image:Mission Viejo High School Title.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 03:44, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Artisol - sadly, there are a couple of problems with this new stub type - please see my comments at WP:WSS/P. Grutness...wha? 05:06, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary. Thanks, and happy editing.
--Rschen7754 (T C) 23:17, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please remember to mark your edits as minor when (and only when) they genuinely are minor edits (see Wikipedia:Minor edit). Marking a major change as a minor one (and vice versa) is considered poor etiquette. The rule of thumb is that only an edit that consists solely of spelling corrections, formatting and minor rearranging of text should be flagged as a 'minor edit'. Thanks! --Rschen7754 (T C) 23:19, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Uhh... Which edits did I make but forgot to mark it as "minor"? Also, it's evident that it's actually optional to provide an edit summary.
00:11, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
This is not a minor edit: [1] And an edit summary is practically required; why would there be a template for it? Also see Help:Edit summary. --Rschen7754 (T C) 00:18, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I learned that any small change, like the link you had above, should be marked as "minor". Yes, I understand that you should make a summary of your edits, but would there be something wrong if I didn't? If so, would it also affect the community? Editors can always just click on my revisions through its history.
00:21, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
WP:RFA frowns upon what you are doing, and it pisses many editors off. Furthermore, what you did (removing {{sfd}}) is not a minor change. --Rschen7754 (T C) 00:22, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Like I ever wanted to be an administrator. I don't have as much time as you administrators do because I also have a life to conquer here. Meaning I only spend a certain number of minutes or hours depending on the day. To get to the point, becoming an administrator requires a lot of attention devoted to Wikipedia. I do not have enough time for that. Besides, I'm happy being just a regular old contributor.
By the way, I really don't care if it does "piss" editors off by not entering in my edit summary. I do not see in any policy of Wikipedia saying that this could be cosidered "vandalism", "trolling", etc. etc. And I'm sure editors would not be blocked just for merely not typing in their summary. I'm sure there are many editors that forget to put in their summaries.
