The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) is a Ugandan organisation in political opposition to the government of Yoweri Museveni. The FDC is the political entity widely believed to pose the greatest challenge to the reelection of President Yoweri Museveni in 2006.

In April 2005, two FDC members of parliament, Reagan Okumu and Michael Ocula, were arrested for murder. Critics, including international human rights observers, have labelled the detention of the MPs as politically motivated. The FDC has responded by calling for a temporary suspension of aid to Uganda by international donors.
