Affinity Global Inc., established in 2006, is a company in the Media and Publishing industry with a global presence. The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and was formerly known as Hostway Solutions Private Limited.[1] [2]
Overview
Affinity Global Advertising Private Limited, registered under Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U72900MH2006PTC159578, is a company specializing in media placements, innovative advertising formats, and budget optimization to enhance branding and performance outcomes. The board's longest-serving director, John Hanjoo Lee[3], has held his position since June 29, 2010. Lavin Suresh Punjabi, the most recent addition to the board, became a director on September 18, 2015. Lucas Roh [4], a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of MetalSoft ( Bare-metal_server company)[5], is known for founding Hostway Corporation and Bigstep Cloud. Acquisitions
In July 2023, Affinity expanded into the European market by acquiring Opinary GmbH, a Berlin-based consumer engagement media tech company. The acquisition, finalized on July 18, 2023, was financed through a combination of equity and cash.[6][7]
