Would it be appropriate to add a section about the Ipswich murders? It's been said in the media that this is the biggest case they've had to deal with in an extremely long time - obviously if I did add a section I'd cite and quantify that. MBerrill 20:25, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I think so. In the quiet middle-class backwaters of Suffolk, this is big news. I'd agree with the addition of a small sub-section to the main article. Budgiekiller 22:23, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
OK, have done so - I know it's not terribly good. I'm not sure how much detail is appropriate. MBerrill 15:09, 16 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Any advice on how to bring the Ipswich murder section up to date with current events? MBerrill 18:29, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Data breaches

[edit]

Just opening this talk page section as the article is currently missing information about the 2022 & 2023 Norfolk and Suffolk police data breaches. I’ve included some links to sources I’ve found about them below (although this will not be a complete list!), however due to time pressures I’ve unfortunately not been able to personally incorporate these into the article - not to mention the fact that they deserve a well-worded addition to the article that I unfortunately am just not able to do myself right now. I’ll put a note similar to this on Norfolk Constabulary shortly as well.
