This is a one editor article at the current status. This fire is notable. Thousands of people were involved. There are at least 50 fire articles in wiki that should be deleted before this one. 2006 Table Mountain fire (well done article but event is not on the same scale as this one)
Shirokiya Department Store fire (smaller death toll)
Cando event (just questionable)
2007 Atherstone fire (smaller death toll)
