Paul Lam Ting-kwok SBS SC JP (Chinese: 林定國) is a Hong Kong Senior Counsel. On 19 June 2022, he was appointed by the Central People's Government, on the nomination of the Chief Executive-elect of Hong Kong John Lee, as the 5th Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong (taking office on 1 July 2022).[1]
