Tommy Kemp (1915–2004) was a rugby union international who represented England from 1937 to 1948.[1] He also captained his country.[1]

Tommy Kemp was born on August 12, 1915 in Bolton.[1]
Rugby union career
Kemp made his international debut on Jan 16, 1937 at Twickenham in the England vs Wales match.[1] Of the 5 matches he played for his national side he was on the winning side on 3 occasions.[1] He played his final match for England on Jan 17, 1948 at Twickenham in the England vs Wales match.[1]
