Iceberg aircraft carrier
Doesn't Project Habakkuk, the British plan to build a huge iceberg-like floating aircraft platform to base in the Mid-Atlantic to fight U-boats during WWII, count as a variation of a VLFS? Or does the fact that it's made from ice mean it can't count as a "structure". It's made by man, out of a mixture of ice and wood pulp called Pykrete, so it's not naturally occurring. And I recall it being pretty big....45Colt 09:30, 9 November 2015 (UTC)
