At this point I don't think there is anything "different" I can say in these unblock proposals. Its been a little over six years since I was active on the English Wikipedia. I have made several requests for unblock, proposing ideas to move forward. I have not gotten any meaningful feedback on those except for a decline to the request. My question is to ArbCom (since they are the only ones Who can unblock me) Can I get specific actionable points for a solution, or is there no change for this appeal to ever be successful? Is this in fact a permanent ban which cannot be appealed, or is there a chance for return?
