Meg Donnelly (born c. 2000) is an American actress and singer. She is known for playing Ash in Netflix's 2013 live-action/animated series Team Toon, and for starring as Taylor Otto in the ABC comedy series American Housewife since 2016. In February 2018, Donnelly starred as Addison in the Disney Channel Original Movie Zombies.

Early life

Donnelly was born in New York City and grew up in Peapack, New Jersey.[1] She is an only child.[2] She began training in voice, dance and acting at the Annie’s Playhouse School of Performing Arts in Far Hills, New Jersey at the age of six. She has appeared as a featured vocalist in several Kids of the Arts, Broadway Kids and Time To Shine productions in New York City.[3]

Career

Donnelly co-starred as Ash in the 2013 Netflix series Team Toon.[1] She was the American face of Clean and Clear's 2015 Awkward to Awesome campaign, originated the role Mary in the theatrical workshop of Trevor: The Musical, and was the understudy for the role of Louisa von Trapp in the NBC television special The Sound of Music Live!. Donnelly has also appeared in several episodes of ABC’s What Would You Do?, and was on Sesame Street and Celebrity Ghost Stories.[citation needed] Donnelly also appeared in the feature film The Broken Ones that premiered at the 2017 SOHO International Film Festival.[4][5]

Donnelly has played the starring role Taylor Otto in the ABC sitcom American Housewife since 2016.[6] She stars as Addison in the Disney Channel Original Movie musical Zombies that premiered on February 16, 2018.[7][8] On August 7, 2018, Donnelly released her first single, "Smile".[9][better source needed]
