Joseph R. Ianniello is the Chief Operating Officer of CBS Corporation [1][2]. His employment agreement with CBS runs through 6/30/22 [3] [4][5]. Before he was named COO in 2013, Ianniello served as CBS’s Chief Financial Officer for four years, where he was responsible for the company’s financial strategy across all of its operations. He was also a Director of Entercom Communications Corporation and Executive VP / Treasurer of CBS Radio Inc. [6] [7]
