Headsville is an unincorporated community in Mineral County, West Virginia, USA. It is part of the 'Cumberland, MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area'. It lies between U.S. Highway 50 and West Virginia State Route 46 along side Pattersons Creek.

Headsville had the oldest operating post office in the United States. It was purchased by the Smithsonian Institution and moved to Washington, D.C. where it still operates in the National Museum of American History.

Fort Cocke of the French and Indian War was located near Headsville.
