Cambodia–Malaysia relations are foreign relations between Cambodia and Malaysia. Both countries are members of ASEAN. The relations first started on 2 December 1996.[1] The relations also been supported by the past Malaysian King Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin ibni Tuanku Syed Putra Jamalullail and the past Cambodian King Sihanouk.[1]

Economy relations

A total of 64,534 Cambodians visited Malaysia in 2013[2], while Malaysian visited to Cambodia numbered 54,000.[3] In 2011, bilateral trade between the two countries worth over US$319.5 million and in 2010 Malaysia were consider as one of the biggest investors in the country with the total investments were U$2.19 billion while Malaysian investments in Cambodia during the past two years totalling U$118 million.[3][4]
