    Usernames for administrator attention

This page is intended for reports of usernames that are blatant and serious violations of the username policy requiring an immediate block. Reports will be assessed in accordance with the username policy, the UAA instructions, and the following bullet points. Please ensure you are familiar with the assessment criteria before making a report.

    1. Except in the instance of an egregious name violation, please do not report accounts with no edits or those who have not edited in the preceding 2 weeks.
    2. Real names are permitted, except when the editor implies they are someone other than themselves, such as impersonating a notable living person.
    3. Promotional names require evidence to be blocked. Do not report a username merely because it "appears" promotional.
    4. For libellous usernames or usernames that contain another editor's nonpublic personal information, please contact an oversighter and do not report it here.
    5. Discuss less-serious violations with the user on their talk page so that they can rename or abandon their account in good faith. Templates such as {{Uw-username}} or {{Uw-coi-username}} may be used. If, after discussion with a user, the problem still seems unresolved, a username request for comment may be in order.
    6. Do not leave a username warning on a user's talk page and also immediately report them here. Do one or the other, and not both simultaneously.
    7. Patrollers are asked to remove reports that have been declined, are bot-reported false positives or are otherwise non-blatant or stale reports.
You can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

Note: Patrollers are kindly asked to monitor usernames listed at Filter 102, Filter 149, Filter 188, Filter 354 (tags), WP:UAA/HP, and CAT:UAA.

    User-reported

Not a blatant violation of the username policy. Any one mislead by this username has more problems than we the friendly admin corps can help with. Steve Jobs is dead. Danger High voltage! 14:36, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
afc Well, they didn't start out that way but they've gone over there. Daniel Case (talk) 15:39, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Question: Sure you have the right diff there? I didn't find your quote. Daniel Case (talk) 15:42, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah the quote is at the very end of the left side, it probably should be on the right side, sorry.CombatWombat42 (talk) 01:19, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Being discussed with the user, since they have edited constructively. Danger High voltage! 15:39, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not a violation of the username policy. Real names are permitted except when they imply that the editor is a specific living person they are not. Consider filing a report at the conflict of interest noticeboard. Danger High voltage! 15:35, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wait until the user edits. Danger High voltage! 15:29, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    Being discussed with the user. Alexf(talk) 16:26, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Question: Offensive ... how? I'm not seeing this right away. Daniel Case (talk) 16:51, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Some might consider "boned" to be a euphamism for an erection. Even so, it's lower down on the offensive scale. --Drm310 (talk) 19:05, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) "Boned" is a synonym for "fucked", or "doomed", but looking online I see it's also a snowboarding term: it's mentioned a few times in List of snowboard tricks. Captain Conundrum (talk) 04:49, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not a blatant violation of the username policy. Consider filing a report at the conflict of interest noticeboard. If they edit again ... I don't see a clear name connection. Daniel Case (talk) 16:53, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Being discussed with the user. Please don't report users you've already asked to change their names unless they've persisted editing. Danger High voltage! 05:31, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not a blatant violation of the username policy. Users can edit under their own name unless impersonating someone else. User warned for spamming. Alexf(talk) 14:15, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not a blatant violation of the username policy. Consider filing a report at the conflict of interest noticeboard. If they edit again. Falls under "Mark at Alcoa". Daniel Case (talk) 16:53, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
