Mario Ardissone (born 9 October 1900 in Vercelli; died in 1975) was an Italian football player.

He played for 6 seasons (161 games, 6 goals) in the Serie A for U.S. Pro Vercelli Calcio.

He made his debut for the Italy national football team on 20 January 1924 in a game against Austria.

He represented Italy at the 1924 Summer Olympics.
