"Dova si vola" is a 2009 Italian language debut single by Marco Mengoni an Italian singer who won the third season of Italian series of The X Factor on 2009.

The song "Dove si vola" (meaning Where we fly in Italian) written and produced by Bungaro and Saverio Grandi was performed during the semi-finals of the series for Rai 2 by Marco Mengoni. that aired on 27 November 2009. The single was officially released by Sony Music as an EP immediately after the announcement of the results with him declared as winner. It hit straight in #1 on the Italian Singles Chart for the week 10 December 2009 for just one week. Judge Morgan revealed that the song had been originally composed for another contestant in the third series named Chiara Ranieri, but the song was reassigned to the eventual winner Mengoni after Chiara Ranieri was eliminated in an earlier round.

The song also appears on the EP release that reached #9 on the Italian Albums Chart.
