John Richards Kelly (1844 – 20 July 1922)[1] was a British barrister and Conservative Party politician. He was elected at the at the 1886 general election as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Camberwell North, winning the seat from Liberal Party,[2] but was defeated at the 1892 general election[2] and did not stand for Parliament again.[2]
He became a director of Kelly's Directories Ltd., a firm publishing local trade directories set up by his father Frederic Festus Kelly, and the leading business of its kind in the UK towards the end of the nineteenth century.[3][4]
