Release

The film had its premiere at the Rhode Island International Film Festival[2] As of September 2008 it is playing film festivals and it was scheduled for limited release in November 2008. The film has also been presented under the title Lifelines at some festivals.[3]

Reception

Dustin Putman of The Movie Boy called this independent film from a first time director "superior to most of the studio films released".[4] and Roger Ebert said, "Wherever You Are is a fine, strong film. The most impressive thing is how confident and economical the direction is, and how powerful the performances are!"[5] This film is independent, unique and quirkily indie. It is a fantastic film which draws the viewer in to the family life and really lets you experience the feelings as they are developing. The family invites you in to their turmoil and opens the doors to a whole host of problematic issues. It has beautiful shots and baffling situations. All round a fantastic film.
